Lead Magnet

Definition

A free resource or incentive offered to website visitors in exchange for their contact information, used to generate leads for future marketing. Common examples include guides, checklists, or consultation discounts. Example: A cosmetic surgery practice offers a free downloadable guide called “What to Expect Before Your Rhinoplasty Consultation” in exchange for a visitor’s email address. The practice then follows up with that lead through an email nurture sequence to encourage booking.
